Snub Phone

Terms of service

Version 1 ·

These terms cover the launch list you can join on the Snub Phone website at snubphone.app, and the emails we send to people on that list. You can read them before you sign up.

Who provides the service

The service is provided by Vartari Arkadiusz Rosiak, a sole trader in Poland.

  • Address: ul. Wawrzyńca Engeströma 10, 60-571 Poznań, Poland
  • NIP: 7822891454
  • Email: hello@snubphone.app

What the service is

The launch list is free. When you join it, we send you these emails:

  • Confirmation. One email with a link to confirm your address.
  • Welcome. A short email from Arek after you confirm.
  • Launch. An email when the app is out.
  • Feedback. A few short questions about how it went.

What you need

  • A web browser with JavaScript turned on, to send the signup form.
  • An email address that you can read, to confirm your signup and get our emails.

Your answers

After you sign up, you can answer one optional question, in up to 500 characters. Please write only the app name and no personal details. You must not send any content that is against the law.

Joining

You join by sending the signup form on snubphone.app and then clicking the link in the confirmation email. If you do not confirm within 7 days, your signup is deleted and you are not on the list.

Leaving

You can leave at any time:

  • Every email except the confirmation has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes one click and works at once. For 30 days you can press Undo and stay on the list.
  • You can also unsubscribe by writing to hello@snubphone.app.

The service ends at the latest 12 months after the launch email.

Complaints

If something does not work as these terms say, write to hello@snubphone.app and tell us what happened. We reply by email within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
